SmartCare: Add a staff member to a Treatment Team/Client to a Staff caseload

To add a staff member to a client's treatment team, (or to add a client to a staff caseload) you will want to add the staff member to the client’s Treatment Team.

 

Below are instructions on how to do so:

 

1.) Load the client in SmartCare

 

2.) Search for the Treatment Team (Client) Screen:

3.) Click on the New icon at the top right

4.) Select the Staff radio button, StartDate, End Date (optional), Staff to be added, the Role in which they will be treating the client, and the relevant Program:

5.) Click on the Save button.
