You can check the status of the plugin that handles this here :CodeTwo Status
If they are reporting issues, Email signatures will be broken untill the issues are resolved.
If the site states "All Systems Operational" then the all you need to do is close Outlook and then open it back up.
If restarting Outlook doesn't get you your signature back please let us know by creating a Ticket. Thank you!
