SmartCare will sometimes not be able to display a scanned document, or will not display all of the content in the document.
This is due to how the file was saved prior to scanning/uploading the document. These can be corrected by Printing (saving) the document as a .PDF file and reuploading the document to the client's chart.
To accomplish this:

Go to the Scanning (My Office) screen and use the filters to find the relevant document:

Open the document, by clicking on the links in the Created column:

Right Click on the document and select Print

Ensure that ‘Microsoft Print to PDF’ is selected as the printer and click on the Print button at the bottom to save your document to your computer:

Capture the data at the top of the Upload File Detail page as we will want to replicate this information in the next step:

In the Upload File Detail screen click on the New icon:

When prompted if you would like to use the same client id, select the Yes button:

Click on the Select button on the Image Upload popup, locate your file, and then click on the Upload button when the file icon turns green:

You will now see the document in the preview pane.

Complete the details of the file upload to match those in step 5.) and click the Save button at the top right.

Go to the Documents (Client) screen and locate the new file.

Note: You will see 2 versions, as we have not yet removed the old document.

Click on the file you just uploaded and verify that the document displays and all of the document elements display properly.

Go to the Documents (Client) screen and click on the file you wish to replace.

Click on the Trash Can icon to delete this file:

You should now only see the proper documents in the client’s chart.
